ArgoNavis Dynamic Ad Insertion

With the introduction of Dynamic Ad Insertion tools for the ArgoNavis QA/QC Platform, streamlined MPEG test and verification processes are more efficient and easier.

Overview:

This automated tool extracts the MPEG parameters necessary for the next generation of Dynamic Ad Insertion devices to work. Areas containing ‘black’ frames within a file and the I Frames within the black are identified and data specific to each I Frame is collected. This data includes NPT (normal play time), frame number(decode and display order), Video PTS, Byte Offset, and GOP header time code. Simplifying data collection for your DAI system.

C3 Content

Vela Integration

For C3 content, the Vela system can interface with your Media Asset Management system, retrieve asset metadata necessary for the filename, asset ID, etc., determine breakpoints using Black and IFrame detection and Local Avail breakpoints using Traffic and As Run Logs.

Setup and monitor watch folders and automatically perform black frame detection with I Frame identification and NPT calculations. Results can be output in PDF, XML for other asset management systems, or CSV for delivery directly to DAI service providers. An optional SDK is available to allow asset management systems to control and move content through the DAI identification process. Output in PDF, XML, or CSV for delivery directly to DAI service providers.
